The Pennsylvania Compensation Rating Bureau (PCRB) and Delaware Compensation Rating Bureau (DCRB) announce the inaugural Workers Compensation Symposium (WCS): Evolving With Data and Artificial Intelligence, a groundbreaking event set for April 18 that marks the beginning of a new era for the bureaus and for the entire workers compensation insurance industry.
“This symposium is not just another industry event,” says PCRB and DCRB President and CEO Bill Taylor. “It's your ticket to staying ahead in a world where data isn’t just information – it’s a game-changer.”
The event will be held at Convene at City View, a premiere event space in the heart of Center City Philadelphia. The WCS will feature an update on the state of workers compensation in Delaware and Pennsylvania and explore the intersection of data and AI as the entire industry engages in a pivotal shift, which Forbes says “has paved the way for further evolution, offering improved efficiency, reduced costs and enhanced customer experience.”
PCRB and DCRB will reveal their new, unified data platform that will elevate the bureaus’ capabilities, revolutionizing how they serve carrier members and offering advanced analytics and industry benchmarking. There will also be an AI Experts Roundtable that explores how data analytics and AI are transforming the landscape of the workers' compensation industry and reshaping the way we operate in an era where data-driven decisions are paramount.
