Note: Subsequent to the creation of the 2011 database that the Bureau uses to derive classification relativities, the Pennsylvania Insurance Department approved Bureau Filing No. 240 effective December 1, 2010.
Filing No. 240 included the deletion of classifications 0775, 861, 863, and 4775 and the merger of the experience for those classes into 0771, 859, 862 and 4771, respectively. Temporary staffing classes 544, 682, 929, 937 and 947 were also deleted and new temporary staffing classes 520-529 were created although there was no reassignment of experience from the deleted temporary staffing codes to the new classes. Lastly, certain risks in class 817 were moved into the newly created class 828.
The Class Book files (Excel & PDF) and the Supplements below do not reflect the changes approved as part of Filing No. 240, but the “Index and Supporting Classification Exhibits” below include do class book pages showing the combined experience for the four merged classes and the separate experience for codes 817 and 828 after the transfer of risks from 817 to 828 as provided by Bureau Filing No. 240.
