The delivery entrance is on 18th Street. A ramp leads to the loading dock which is located below street level.
From the South:
Take I-95 north. Follow the signs for "Central Phila./I-676" (Exit 17). Take 676 West to the first exit (Broad Street), which exits on 15th Street. Continue south on 15th to Walnut Street (about 9 blocks) and turn right on Walnut Street. At the third traffic light, 18th Street, turn right. Proceed north on 18th Street to Market Street (3rd traffic light) and turn right. Go one block to 17th Street. Turn right on 17th Street and the United Plaza Building is ½ block ahead on the right.
Take the first set of elevators to the 15th Floor.
From the North:
Via the NJ Turnpike: Take the NJ Turnpike to Exit 4. Take Rte. 73 north to Rte. 38 west to US 30. Take US 30 west over the Ben Franklin Bridge to I-676. Drive south on 6th Street to Walnut Street (historic area will be on your left). Then, travel west on Walnut Street to 18th Street. Proceed north on 18th Street to Market Street (3rd traffic light) and turn right. Go one block to 17th Street. Turn right on 17th Street and the United Plaza Building is ½ block ahead on the right.

From the West:
Take Pennsylvania Turnpike east to Exit 24A/I-476. Take I-476 South to Exit 6/I-76 Philadelphia. Stay on I-76 East for approximately 12 miles. Exit at #3/Rte. 676 East. Take 676 East and exit at Broad St-Rte. 611(second exit) and turn right on 15th Street. Continue south to Walnut Street (about 9 blocks) and turn right on Walnut Street. At the third traffic light, 18th Street, turn right. Proceed north on 18th Street to Market Street (3rd traffic light) and turn right. Go one block to 17th Street. Turn right on 17th Street and the United Plaza Building is ½ block ahead on the right.

From the East:
Take Atlantic City Expressway to 42 North. Follow 42 North to the Benjamin Franklin Bridge (Rte. 676), crossing into Philadelphia. Follow the signs for local traffic (this is Vine Street). Go approximately 9 blocks, make a left onto 15th Street. Continue south on 15th to Walnut Street (about 9 blocks) and turn right on Walnut Street. At the third traffic light, 18th Street, turn right. Proceed north on 18th Street to Market Street (3rd traffic light) and turn right. Go one block to 17th Street. Turn right on 17th Street and the United Plaza Building is ½ block ahead on the right.

From Philadelphia International Airport:
1) Taxicab - The airport is approximately 30 minutes away by cab, and the cost should be in the neighborhood of $60.
2) Airport train - Follow signs from terminal to “R1 - Airport Line” (each terminal has a separate train platform which is on the lower level outside and can be reached via escalator). The trains run every 30 minutes. The cost is $5 each way and tickets can be purchased at “Fast-Fare” ticket machines onsite. (There is a $2 surcharge for purchasing tickets on the train.) The train ride is approximately 30 minutes long.
Take the train to Suburban Station (NOT 30th Street Station). You will exit underground in the concourse. Overhead signage will direct you to 17th Street (far western end of concourse). You will have to turn into the stairwell (and there is also an elevator to the street) right in front of the newspaper/sundries shop and across from the Dunkin’ Donuts.At street level you will be on the southeast corner of 17th & JFK Boulevard. Turn left onto 17th Street for one block, cross Market and 17th. We are in the United Plaza Building on the west side of 17th Street between Market and Chestnut. The building is set back from the street and has a plaza in front.

From Amtrak 30th Street Station:
Detrain at 30th Street Station and follow signage to “SEPTA Regional Rail Lines.” (You will have to go up one level from the station lobby.)
Take ANY inbound SEPTA train (the numbers relate to their routes, but they ALL go where you need to go) to Suburban Station (not Market East Station). You can ride free with your Amtrak ticket.
Detrain again at Suburban Station and ascend to concourse (one level up). Follow overhead signage to 17th Street (far western end of concourse). Parking Information.
There is parking in the Westin Hotel directly across 17th Street from United Plaza Building. There is parking at the Holiday Inn Crowne Plaza, which is at 18th and Market Streets (garage access on Market Street).
There are several parking garages on Sansom Street (small street between Walnut and Chestnut) from 15th through 18th Streets.
Downtown Philadelphia’s street parking is timed and payable at kiosks on each block. Kiosks accept coins, bills, SmartCards, credit cards and debit. Pricing and duration vary by area and time-of-day and are marked on signage on each block, so make sure to read the signs carefully prior to leaving your car.
